DPD courier - delivery time is 1-2 working days from the date of sending.
The Customer receives the shipping list number and has the ability to autonomously track the parcel on deliverer’s website. Parcels are delivered at daytime during couriers’ working hours. Courier companies do not offer the ability to select a specific delivery hour. According to terms and conditions of courier companies, the couriers are not obliged to contact Customer via phone before delivering a parcel. Couriers do not leave non-delivery notice. At all times the Customer has the right to contact Courier Company’s helpline and arrange a convenient delivery hour - under couriers’ working hours.
